French in DC
Course Offerings in the DC Metro Area
Individual Lessons
I work with individuals, businesses, members of the state department, even whole families. I teach one-on-one and small group classes for people of all ages at every level of French.
Many of my students take lessons for personal enjoyment or sentimental reasons. Some come to master basic “Survival French” skills that will enhance their visits to France or francophone countries. Others need to succeed on high level, high stakes, make or break proficiency exams.
I have helped numerous people enrich their lives and travels or prepare for and pass the foreign service exam, graduate level proficiency exams, the AP French Language and AP French Literature exams, the IB French exam, the TEF, TCF and Praxis II in French Exams.
My classes are custom designed in conjunction with my students’ personal goals, needs and best learning strategies.
I am metro accessible. Please e-mail melissa@frenchindc.com or call 703-869-8826 to schedule a free sample lesson.
